What a pleasant and stress free buying experience with the whole staff of McClain’s. Albert McGill our salesman was so patient with us and gave us all the time we needed to decide on which Grand Design Momentum. Albert is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He gave us information on questions we didn’t think to ask. He is a warm, funny, friendly and no pressure salesman. Tom Titus is an amazing wonderful manager. There we a few bumps in the process that he smoothed out for us. Hard working honest man who cares about his customers. Very hands on. Chip Steider did our walk through was was so thought all. We camped at McClain’s campground at their suggestion to learn about our RV and test the systems. Their were two things that needed fixed. Like I said bumps. Richard Romero our repair guy went above and beyond to help us. Respectfull, friendly and efficient. A sweetheart. A hardworking guy. Another nice guy Oregon from service was very helpful. We highly recommend McClain’s in Kerrville, Texas. The staff, including the service manager, Jeff, were great to work with and had us back on the road in just an hour for a Timberline pump replacement. We continue to hear great things about McLains and can see why. Kudos!

We are from out of state. Twice (two separate trips) McClain's has come to our rescue. The first trip we had an inside window covering that vibrated loose. McClain's had the parts in stock and effected a masterful repair. The second trip we arrived for a wedding and our water pump stopped working. What to do?!!! No shower, no bathroom, no running water at all. But McClain's, once again, had the part in stock and saved the weekend! Thank you McClain's RV Superstore! In Kerrville, you are our first stop for any RV need.

The folks in McClains RV service in Kerrville are fantastic. They answer the phone, order parts right away and let you know when they are ready to work on your rig. Common sense, you might say but not always the case, particularly if you live in Austin and have had to use Winnebago dealers for recalls. Sure, it takes 2 hours to drive to Kerrville, but it's an easy drive and peace of mind knowing that your repair will be done quicker and as scheduled will more than make up for it. This visit was for a recall, but I'll come here for any other service that I need.
